Admission Procedure

To register for Trinity Ontario High School, students may apply online by signing up for a private account and performing the following steps:

Fill in our short Enquiry Form and submit through your private account. We will respond to you as soon as possible,
within 24 hours.

English, Grade 10, Academic

document 02. Enrollment Application

Fill out the Digital Enrollment Application Form in full and provide a scanned copy of the following documents:

  • School Records for the last 2 years (requirement)
  • Student’s Passport or Birth Certificate
  • Student’s Immunization Record
  • Student’s Passport Photograph taken within 6 months
  • Please submit the above documents through your private account.
  • Besides, students who have no International English certificates such as IELTS, TOEFL, or equivalent, will do a placement test to assess his/her English proficiency.

Based on submitted documents, the placement test and your expected learning pathway, we will inform your private
online route.

id-card 04. Enrollment

After being accepted, you will receive an Offer Letter from the School with terms and conditions. Parents must submit this within two weeks after receiving the Offer Letter to complete the enrolment process.

The student will be required to submit the additional documents: the Student Medical Examination Form (with a stamp from registered clinics or hospitals).

Pay the Enrollment Application fee, Tuition Fee and other related fees through your account.
